Jesus in the Gospel of John (12.27-50)

Jesus became depressed 27

He understood His purpose 27

He wanted to glorify His Father 28

He didn’t need a spoken testimony from the Father but the people did 30

He was to be lifted up (on a cross) and draw all men to Himself 32

He is the light 35-36

He ducked away again 36

He was still not believed by many 37

He was spoken of by Isaiah the prophet that the people wouldn’t believe in Him 38-41

He was believed in by the rulers but they were afraid to confess Him 42

He equated believing in Him as believing in the Father 44-45

He is the Light of the world 46

He will not judge those who don’t keep His word 47

He came to save the world 47

His word is what will judge mankind in the end 48

He spoke only what the Father told Him to speak 49-50
